Coordinators can filter reports by status, topic, assignment, and date range.

Query Parameters:
status: Filter by status values (e.g.,open,in_progress).categories: Comma-separated list of category IDs.q: Search query matching text in title/description.bbox: Bounding box coordinates (minLng,minLat,maxLng,maxLat) to filter by map viewport.
