Manage

The organisation Manage hub is the central place for administrators to get a quick summary of the organisation and jump to management areas.

Top summary cards:

• Needs attention: issues or tasks that require action.
• Open reports: number of currently open reports.
• Work in progress: active jobs and assignments.
• Upcoming events: scheduled events affecting the organisation.

Manage tiles:

• The grid of tiles links to the main areas you can manage: Profile, Reports, Insights, Work, People, Teams, Area, Topics, Events, Campaigns, Money, and Settings.
• Which tiles are shown depends on your permissions (capabilities). If you don't see a tile, you likely lack the required capability.

Common tasks:

• Review open reports using the Reports tile.
• Manage members and invites via the People tile.
• Configure the organisation's operating area and topic handling from Area and Topics.
• Manage billing and collections from Money.

Tips:

• Use the page header's Help icon to open this help content when on the Manage hub.
• The counts are live when the page is rendered; if numbers look stale, refresh the page to re-fetch the summary.

Pages and components:

• src/app/[locale]/organisations/[id]/manage/page.tsx — server-rendered hub page that composes the summary and tiles.
• HubCard (defined in the page) — individual tile component rendering icon, title and description.
• src/lib/organisations/manageNav.ts — logic for generating the manage navigation items and their hrefs.
• src/app/[locale]/organisations/[id]/manage/_lib/organisationManageLanding.ts — helper that fetches the organisation manage summary and capabilities.

API endpoints:

• GET /organisations/:id/manage-summary — returns the organisation summary and capabilities used to decide which tiles to show.

Developer tips:

• The page is server-rendered; forward cookies when calling the API to retain auth context.
• Filter getOrganisationManageNavItems using the capabilities returned by fetchOrganisationManageSummary so only permitted tiles are rendered.
• Keep the summary small and cache-friendly; the page uses cache: 'no-store' for fresh data in the current implementation.
