Person

This page shows the full management view for a single person who is connected to an organisation. Use it to inspect contact details, view tags and membership activity, and change access or ownership.

Primary sections:

• Details: name, public id, email, relationship, tags, assigned access and status, and when they were added.
• Public profile: a link to the person's public Seiso profile (when available).
• Manage access: change the person's role or status (active/suspended/removed) and, when applicable, transfer primary ownership.
• Activity: a timeline of membership-related events (invites, access changes, role assignments, etc.). Use the search box to filter activity.

Common tasks:

• Change access: open the Manage access card, choose a role and/or status, and click Save access.
• Make primary owner: if available, click Make primary owner and confirm the transfer. This action is restricted and will show a confirmation dialog.
• Add tags: the tags shown on this page reflect the person's current labels. To add or edit organisation-level tags, use the Tags card on the organisation's People page, or apply tags through the bulk import workflow.

Notes:

• Edits to access and ownership are audited in the activity feed.
• Adding tags to an individual is normally done via the organisation-level Tags card or by re-running a bulk import with the chosen tags.

Components and pages:

• src/app/[locale]/organisations/[id]/manage/people/[memberId]/page.tsx — server page that composes the view and fetches member data.
• src/app/[locale]/organisations/[id]/manage/members/[memberId]/OrganisationMemberAccessForm.tsx — client component that handles role/status changes and transfer of primary ownership.
• SeisoDataTable — used to render the activity timeline on the page.

Key API endpoints used:

• GET /organisations/:id/manage-users/:userPublicId — fetch the full member context for the page (user, organisation, activity, capabilities).
• PATCH /organisations/:id/manage-users/:userPublicId — update role/status. Request body typically { roleKey?: string, status?: string }.
• POST /organisations/:id/manage-users/:userPublicId/make-primary-owner — transfer primary ownership to this member.

Developer tips:

• Keep fetch calls server-side (the page is server-rendered) and ensure cookies are forwarded for auth when calling API from the server.
• The activity table supports expansion and pagination — follow the SeisoDataTable API for expansion and pagination props.
• Tag operations happen elsewhere (Tags card or bulk endpoints). This page displays user.tags returned by the member fetch — do not attempt to mutate tags from this component unless implementing a dedicated tag-editing control.
